A push towards the future
We live in a society filled with fears. Contradictory. Unsure of which path to take. Yet we at Silverback are convinced that the path towards an effective development capable of lasting over time and of reducing social unease is there: it is that of the green economy and the circular economy, it is that of lifestyles changes and consumer choices.
Let's do it
We are an agency founded in 2009, at the beginning of the crisis that revealed the limits of quantitative and linear growth, to help change. Because identifying good objectives it’s just not enough . To reach them they must be desired and to make them desirable you have to turn on the right lights: give serious information in a light way; show the practical benefits of ecologically correct actions; amuse; sometimes surprise. Our communication tries to obey three rules: make it personal, make it sexy, make it fun.
Go beyond
We have always worked towards overcoming false contrapositions. We believe that organic agriculture and smart cities, renewable energies and parks are on the same side of the barricade, that of the future. The twentieth century has brought us many benefits, starting with the doubling of life expectancy, but it has caused widespread pollution leaving us with a steep bill.
A new generation
Millennials (and generations to follow) want their century to have more environmental security, more justice, more harmony. Large international agreements such as that on the climate give the indication of the march ahead. The young and old take to the streets to say that we have only one planet, and many of those who do not take to the streets are clear about this. Civil society associations highlight the link between justice and the environment. And many companies have chosen, or are choosing, to develop in harmony with nature rather than against it. We want to help the protagonists to tell these challenges.
